Contest rules
- The competition is run by Centro di Competenze Agroalimentari Ticino, via Gorelle 7, 6595 S. Antonino (hereinafter the “organiser”).
- The competition is not sponsored, supported or organised by Instagram.
- The organiser relieves Instagram of all claims relating to the competition.
- All agreements are concluded between the entrants and the organiser.
- The addressee of the data provided by entrants is Centro di Competenze Agroalimentari Ticino.
- The competition is open to all natural persons who have passed their 18th birthday and are resident in Switzerland at the time of entry.
- The organiser’s staff, their family members and their partners are not allowed to enter.
- Entry procedures are stated in the post and are binding on all entrants.
- Each user can participate only once.
- The prize is specified in the post.
- There will be no cash refunds. Winners will be drawn by lots and will be notified by e-mail in accordance with the draw schedule.
- The organiser is authorised to disqualify competition entrants on just grounds, such as breach of the rules of entry set out below, attempts to influence the competition procedure, manipulations, or at the organiser’s absolute discretion.
