Rules

  1. The contest is managed by the Centro di Competenze Agroalimentari Ticino, Via Stazione 10, 6593 Cadenazzo (hereinafter “the organizer”).
  2. The contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or organized by social media platforms. The organizer releases the social media platforms from all claims relating to the contest. All agreements are concluded between the participants and the organizer.
  3. The recipient of the data provided by the participants is the Centro di Competenze Agroalimentari Ticino.
  4. The contest is open to all natural persons who have reached the age of 18 and are residents in Switzerland at the time of registration. Staff of the organizer, their family members, and partners directly involved in the campaign are not authorized to participate.
  5. Each user can participate only once per mini-contest. Every valid participation in the mini-contests automatically assigns an additional possibility (extra chance) for the final prize draw.
  6. The prize is specified in the reference post or on the dedicated page of the website. There will be no cash refunds, nor is it possible to exchange the prize for other services.
  7. Winners will be drawn at random and notified by email. If the winner does not respond within 10 days of notification, the organizer reserves the right to draw a new winner.
  8. The organizer is authorized to disqualify participants for valid reasons, such as violation of the rules, attempts to influence the procedure, manipulation, or at the organizer’s absolute discretion. Comments deemed inappropriate will be deleted without notice.
  9. If necessary, the organizer reserves the right to adapt, modify, or cancel the contest at any time, especially if it is no longer possible to guarantee its normal progress for technical or legal reasons.
  10. Privacy and data: by participating in the contest, the user agrees that the data provided will be processed for the management of the contest and, subject to consent (checkbox), for sending informative newsletters by the organizer and the supply chain partners (AMMS – Associazione Mastri Macellai Salumieri del Canton Ticino e Mesolcina, DISTI – Associazione ticinese dei grandi distributori, FOFT/Tior SA, GastroTicino, Mendrisiotto Turismo, STEA – Società Ticinese di Economia Alpestre, Ticinowine, UCT – Unione Contadini Ticinesi). The organizer guarantees that the data will be protected in accordance with the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
  11. Use of cookies: the site uses technical and analytical cookies to optimize the browsing experience. By participating in the contest, the user declares to have read the complete privacy and cookie policy available on the site.
  12. By submitting their registration, participants declare their consent to these conditions.
  13. All comments, questions, or complaints must be addressed to info@ccat.ch.
  14. No legal action is permitted. The organizer’s decisions are final and unappealable.
  15. The place of jurisdiction is the Court of Lugano. Swiss law applies.
  16. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the contest, except with the winners.
