Le paysage de collines l\u00e9g\u00e8rement vallon\u00e9es, \u00e0 la v\u00e9g\u00e9tation dense, s\u2019\u00e9tend du Lac de Lugano au Monte Lema. Cette ferme typique produit du fromage et, pendant la p\u00e9riode de No\u00ebl, de la charcuterie, des confitures et des biscuits.<br \/>\nPour arriver \u00e0 Mugena, nous prendrons le train de Lugano ou de Lamone-Cadempino, puis nous continuerons en bus. Pendant toute la dur\u00e9e du voyage, notre guide nous racontera les secrets du lieu. Apr\u00e8s une visite de l\u2019exploitation (toujours en compagnie du guide bilingue), le premier atelier commencera : chacun recevra de la p\u00e2te \u00e0 p\u00e9trir et \u00e0 transformer en pain d\u00e9licieux et \u00e0 la bonne odeur, \u00e0 d\u00e9guster frais et encore chaud sur place ou \u00e0 emporter \u00e0 la maison.<br \/>\nLe second atelier nous permettra d\u2019apprendre \u00e0 produire un fromage frais.<br \/>\nLe plaisir gastronomique se poursuivra ensuite par un ap\u00e9ritif \u00e0 base de produits de l\u2019exploitation d\u2019accueil. Apr\u00e8s une derni\u00e8re promenade parmi les ch\u00e2taigniers, il ne restera qu\u2019\u00e0 choisir entre revenir \u00e0 Lugano avec le guide ou rester dans le Malcantone pour le d\u00e9jeuner.
