One sets out to discover the Blenio Valley, also known as the \u201cValley of the Sun.\u201d The central element of the tour is a visit to Azienda Agricola Croce, a family-run farm offering fresh, high-quality products, all locally produced (zero kilometres). On site, participants are welcomed with an aperitif featuring fresh cheeses, followed by their delicious ice cream \u2013 a delightful way to discover the flavours of the region. Around 50 dairy cows are carefully raised on the farm, along with a similar number of young Brown Swiss cattle; during the summer season, most of the herd spends its time on the various alpine pastures in the area.<\/p>\n
