W\u00e4hrend dieser Agriesperienza entdecken die Teilnehmenden aus n\u00e4chster N\u00e4he die Realit\u00e4t des Betriebs, die Verbindung zwischen Tieren, Territorium und Lebensmittelqualit\u00e4t und erleben hautnah die handwerkliche Kunst der Herstellung der Tessiner Luganiga.<\/p>\n<p>Der Tag beginnt mit einem Empfang und einem Willkommenskaffee, gefolgt von einer F\u00fchrung durch den Betrieb.<br \/>\nZwischen Produktionsbereichen, Geschichten aus dem l\u00e4ndlichen Leben und der Aufmerksamkeit f\u00fcr den respektvollen Umgang mit der Umwelt wird der Wert kurzer Lieferketten und lokaler Produktion vertieft.<\/p>\n<p>Anschliessend geht es in den praktischen Teil \u00fcber. Mit Unterst\u00fctzung des Kochs verfolgen die Teilnehmenden die Herstellung der Luganiga: Auswahl des Fleisches, Wahl der Gew\u00fcrze sowie traditionelle Techniken des Mischens und Abf\u00fcllens sind die zentralen Elemente dieses Erlebnisses.<\/p>\n<p>Den Abschluss bildet ein gemeinsames Mittag- oder Abendessen, zubereitet mit frischen, betriebseigenen Produkten, bei dem die hergestellten Spezialit\u00e4ten verkostet werden.
