{"id":1764,"date":"2023-05-30T08:51:37","date_gmt":"2023-05-30T08:51:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ticinoate.ch\/?post_type=mec-events&#038;p=1764"},"modified":"2026-04-24T12:15:11","modified_gmt":"2026-04-24T12:15:11","slug":"die-wege-des-indigo","status":"publish","type":"mec-events","link":"https:\/\/ticinoate.ch\/de\/events\/die-wege-des-indigo\/","title":{"rendered":"Ein Erlebnis von Farben, Aromen und Natur"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Die Erde ist grossz\u00fcgig und schenkt uns das ganze Jahr eine Vielfalt an frischen, schmackhaften Produkten, die geerntet und zu einem k\u00f6stlichen Essen verarbeitet werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>Vom Bahnhof Cadenazzo SBB gehen wir zu Fuss (ca. 20 Minuten) zum Biohof von Caritas Ticino (CatiBio), der im Park der Magadinoebene liegt, Teil des Netzwerks Schweizer P\u00e4rke.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ein erfahrener Landwirt begleitet uns zum Erntefeld, wo uns gezeigt wird, wie man das Gem\u00fcse sorgf\u00e4ltig erntet, um die Frische und den Geschmack zu erhalten. Wir riechen die Erde und das frisch geerntete Gem\u00fcse in der Luft und f\u00fchlen uns mit der Natur verbunden.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Nach der Ernte gehen wir in die rustikale K\u00fcche, wo wir zusammen ein k\u00f6stliches Gericht zubereiten werden, das die Frische und die K\u00f6stlichkeit des frisch geernteten Gem\u00fcses hervorheben wird.
