Die Landschaft mit ihren sanften H\u00fcgeln und ihrer dichten Vegetation erstreckt sich vom Luganersee bis zum Monte Lema. Dieser typische Bauernhof produziert K\u00e4se und in der Weihnachtszeit auch Wurstwaren, Konfit\u00fcre und Guetzli.<br \/>\nUm Mugena zu erreichen, nehmen wir den Zug von Lugano oder Lamone-Cadempino und fahren dann mit dem Bus weiter. W\u00e4hrend der Fahrt wird unser Reiseleiter uns \u00fcber die Besonderheiten des Ortes erz\u00e4hlen.<br \/>\nNach einer Besichtigung des Betriebs (immer in Begleitung eines zweisprachigen Reiseleiters) beginnt der erste Workshop: Jeder erh\u00e4lt Teig, um daraus ein feines, duftendes Brot zu machen, das er frisch aus dem Ofen noch warm an Ort und Stelle probieren oder mit nach Hause nehmen kann.<br \/>\nIm zweiten Workshop lernen wir, wie man Frischk\u00e4se herstellt.<br \/>\nEin Ap\u00e9ro mit Produkten des Gastbetriebs sorgt f\u00fcr weitere kulinarische Gen\u00fcsse. Nach einem abschliessenden Spaziergang durch die Kastanienb\u00e4ume fahren wir entweder gemeinsam mit dem Reiseleiter nach Lugano zur\u00fcck oder bleiben zum Mittagessen im Malcantone.
